Semester at Sea - Hiking the Great Wall

This is a piece I put together for Semester at Sea as their videographer on the Fall 2011 Voyage.  Semester at Sea is a study abroad program on a ship that travels to various ports around the world.  We wanted to show that there are many ways of learning on the program and sometime experiencing a thing first hand is a great way to understand it.  I was scheduled to hike the Great Wall of China with a group of students and decided to do a time lapse of my trek by attaching a camera to my chest and taking a photo every 5 seconds.  This piece is an exciting way to give someone a taste of this once in a lifetime experience.  This piece will be used to drum up students who are interested in hiking as many trips offered by Semester at Sea involve spectacular outdoor activities.
